The South Indian condiment peanut chutney is loved by many. It adds a lot of taste and good nutrition to your food. Many South Indian homes always have this sweet, spicy, and slightly sour chutney on hand. It goes great with idlis, dosas, and upma. It has a rich, nutty flavor from roasted peanuts, which is matched by the heat of green chilies and the sourness of lemon or tamarind. This makes it a great addition to many different kinds of food.

Essential Equipment

  • Bring to room temperature
  • Stir well before serving
  • If too thick, add a little water and mix
  • Avoid microwave reheating to preserve texture
