½cupwater - adjust for desired consistency
Instructions
Blend the Chutney:
Combine 1 cup roasted peanuts, 2 green chilies, 3 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ cup water in a blender.
Blend until smooth. Then add ¼ cup cilantro and blend again. Adding more water as needed for desired consistency.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
