Ingredients
  

For Omelet:

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oil or ghee

Instructions
 

Whisk

  • In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with ½ teaspoon chili powder and ½ teaspoon salt.

Cook

  • Heat 1 teaspoon oil or ghee in a non-stick pan.
  • Pour the mixture and cook until the base sets.
  • Flip and cook the other side for 1–2 minutes. Serve hot.
