A dry stir-fry of fresh methi leaves and soft paneer cubes sautéed with Indian spices. A nourishing and protein-rich dish that pairs well with roti or rice.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add 1 lb paneer and slightly fry it.
Add 1 onion and sauté until translucent.
Add Methi and Spices:
Add 2 cups fresh methi leaves and sauté for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
Then add ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon red chili powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder, ¼ teaspoon cumin powder and ½ teaspoon salt. Mix well.
