Ingredients
 
 

For Stir Fry:

  • 2 cups fresh methi leaves washed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lb paneer cubes lightly sautéed or raw
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds optional
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add 1 lb paneer and slightly fry it.
  • Add 1 onion and sauté until translucent.

Add Methi and Spices:

  • Add 2 cups fresh methi leaves and sauté for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  • Then add ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon red chili powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder, ¼ teaspoon cumin powder and ½ teaspoon salt. Mix well.
