This high-protein white rice is created by cooking rice with moong dal and chicken broth. This combination significantly boosts the protein content, offering a more nutritious and flavorful alternative to plain white rice.
Rinse 1 cup Sona Masoori rice and 1 cup Split Green Moong Dal under water 2-3 times until the water runs clear.
Cook the Rice:
Add 4 cups chicken bone broth. Close the pressure cooker lid and put it on high.
Turn it off after 3 whistles and let it cool down.
Wait 15 minutes to fluff.
