Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup (240 g) Greek yogurt - or homemade yogurt
  • 1 cup (30 g) fresh cilantro - leaves and tender stems (30g)
  • 3 cloves (15 g) garlic - peeled (15g)
  • 1 medium (15 g) jalapeño - seeded for mild heat (15g)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh lime juice - about ½ lime (15g)
  • 1 teaspoon (7 g) salt - or to taste (7g)

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup fresh cilantro, 3 cloves garlic, 1 medium jalapeño, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1 teaspoon salt to a blender.

  • Blend everything together.

  • Transfer the finished cilantro lime yogurt dressing to an airtight container. Use immediately or refrigerate for later use.

Notes

Serving Information: This recipe makes 300g total volume with 20 servings of 15g (1 tablespoon) each.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. The dressing may separate slightly when cold - simply stir before using.
Heat Level: For a milder dressing, remove seeds from jalapeño. For more heat, include seeds or add an extra jalapeño.
