Equipment

Ingredients
  

For White Rice:

  • 1 cup white rice rinsed 2-3 times
  • 2 cups water for cooking

Instructions
 

Prepare the Rice:

  • Rinse 1 cup white rice under cold water 2-3 times until the water runs clear.
  • Drain the rice and place it in the Instant Pot. Add 2 cups water.

Cook the Rice:

  • Close the lid, set the valve to 'Sealing', and select the 'Pressure Cook' setting. Set the timer to 4 minutes on high pressure.
  • Once the cooking cycle is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. Then, manually release any remaining pressure.

Final Steps:

  • Fluff the rice gently with a fork and serve warm.
